We use the post office, DPD, Fedex or TNT.
- HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
- When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you're looking to exchange for a different size, color, or style - we ask that you please place a new order.
We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. All bodysuits, underwear, or items marked “Final Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
If you wish to return items, please follow the below steps:
Step 1 – Check for the following:
Item(s) are in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
Step 2 –
Fill out the return form found inside your package.
Step 3 – Pack and Ship Your Return
- Upon receiving your order you will have 10 days to pack and ship items to be returned back to us. The ship to address will be provided in the Ship To field on the return authorization form. If you do not ship your return within 10 days from the date on your RA form, your order may be eligible for store credit only.
- La Piel is not responsible for any lost returns. We strongly recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
- La Piel will allow one return authorization per order. Additional items after first return are then considered final sale.
- La Piel takes great pride in our products, however damages can occur from time to time. We will gladly replace any faulty or defective item(s), subject to availability or issue a full refund.
- Should you receive a faulty item, please be sure to contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide photos of the damage within 7 days of receipt of order.
